In the following article we will talk about caves some naturally existing amazing and greatest caves in the world. When we look in the past we found that man has lived in caves for many years until he found more specific place to live these caves were really huge and some of them were manmade. In this article we will discuss about top ten wonderful and greatest caves existing in this century there are two types of caves found stalactites and stalagmites. The stalactite is type of formation that hangs form ceiling of caves like manmade structures and stalagmite is type of formation that rises from floor of cave these caves are part of fairy tale or a movie they can be found in some remote places of world. Caves attracts huge amount of visitors every year because humans are curious about mysterious places and they always trying to explore the nature so, famous caves are great place for tourism through which a country can boost its economy.

Natural caves are made naturally by dissolution of acid rain in limestone rocks which leaves hollow space in huge rocks this space becomes bigger when water stats passing through it and finally after thousands of years this spaces becomes big enough and due to stalactite and stalagmite formation it become wonderful. 1. Son Doong Cave, Vietnam

Son Doong Cave is the largest known cave in the world and it is located in  Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, Bo Trach District, Quang Binh Province, Vietnam. This cave is millions of years old and world’s tallest stalagmites are found here it is formed by erosion of limestone by water. There is a large natural jungle inside the cave which made the cave like heaven.

2. Waitomo Glowworms Cave (New Zealand)

Waitomo Glowworm Cave is located in Waitomo on the North Island of New Zealand this Cave is famous for glowworms which are found exclusively in this cave. These mosquito size glowworms lighted the ceiling of cave which looks like thousands of twinkling star in sky. This cave is major tourist spot in Newzealand and this Cave is monitored closely on daily basis by team of experts.

3. Ice Cave near Mutnovsky Volcano, Russia

Ice Cave is located near Mutnovsky volcano in North Russia this is an amazing ice cave formed by streams flow through glacier at bottom of Mutnovsky volcano. This multicolor cave attracts thousands of tourists every year in Russia especially in summer it becomes transparent.

4. Naica Mine, Mexico

Naica Mine is a great cave 0f selenite crystals located in Mexican state of Chihuahua, some of the world’s largest crystals found here. There are pillars of crystals found in this cave this is not a tourist place because this cave is closed for visitors due to ongoing work.
