Basically tea is produced by a plant named Camellia Sinensis this plant grows in the tropical climates of United Kingdom, Scotland, Washington, Kenya etc and it is estimated that it needs 4 to 12 years from seed to harvest a plant of tea and if you need a high quality tea then you have to cultivate it on 4900ft above sea level.
