Tea is a helpful drink to release mentally stress, normal headache, fatigue and cold it is not an expensive drink so everyone can afford it that’s why it is widely been used in every corner of world on daily basis. Basically tea is produced by a plant named Camellia Sinensis this plant grows in the tropical climates of United Kingdom, Scotland, Washington, Kenya etc and it is estimated that it needs 4 to 12 years from seed to harvest a plant of tea and if you need a high quality tea then you have to cultivate it on 4900ft above sea level.
